King's Gold Medal
In 2010 His Late Majesty King George Tupou V awarded Taina gold medals in recognition of the excellence of her work in the hospitality industry.
In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Taina’s Place won 1st prize in the accommodation category at the annual Tongan Tourism Cultural Festival (organised by the Tonga Visitors Bureau, Ministry of Tourism).
